Job Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the international marketing strategy of the brand (or category), the consumer relationship and the development of the product portfolio to ensure the brand's global growth

·         Define the sense of international purpose and distinctive positioning of the brand (or category) to the market

·         Develop 3-year marketing plan outlining the key strategic directions: product portfolio, great innovations and growth pillars

·         Create an integrated customer experience, engaging and consistent with the brand by guiding marketing mix strategies (IMC /  360 / Retail)

·         Develop the brand's communication strategy globally (image, digital, point of sale) in keeping with the sense of purpose

·         Guide the entire online development process with commitments Sharing beauty with all, by animating the departments involved (research, industry, packaging)

·         Develop clear messages for presentations for the top management and support teams in preparation for meetings

·         Control the budget (sales forecasting, value analysis, brand profitability, development costs ...)

Collaborate with strategic countries (South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Ivory Coast…) to anticipate the specific regional needs for building the 3-year plan in line with the international environment (competition, distribution, shoppers)

·         Coordinate Hubs and identify among  the local innovations those with global potential

·         Ensure brand consistency by controlling the specific communication developments in strategic countries

The candidate should:

·         Demonstrate a strong colleague engagement and be able to manage the relationships with key senior executives

·         Be able to operate in an environment where they have to work with different functions and deal with different  teams
