MISSION OF THE ROLE: to support the business expand our portfolio in the region with close liaison between brand HQ’s, Sales and Operation teams, local market registration departments and distributors

We are looking for an Operations Executive who has min 2-3 years of experiences in importation and distribution of license brands in China either at brand side or at the distributor side. Industry experiences in fashion, eyewear, or cosmetics is preferred

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibility of the L’Oréal Export Operations Executive is to oversee all facets of China & North Asian countries importation operations, which includes registration (HP), trademark, custom clearance, warehousing, logistics and give clerical supports in receiving, processing, shipping the cosmetics/fragrances in North APAC. This includes scheduling workflow, finding the right experts and departments within L’Oréal (brand side) and in relevant government authorities in each step in the process.

  • Identify, recommend and manage process of importation/distribution of cosmetics/fragrances to China by working with L’Oréal subsidiaries, zone functions and distributor partners
  • Ensures timely communication to relevant departments throughout the importation process to meet the timeline of the shipments arrival and the launches.
  • Liaison between distributors and DMI/ MSL to achieve smooth day- to- day business operations and management of distributor business.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years experiences in license brand importation in China either on the brand side of on the distributor side
  • Ability to understand and document workflow and process flow.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • A good networker, able to navigate complex organizations and work flows
