Now we are looking for an ambitious project & Service Manager to be responsible to transform the business in a way of 1)help solve business issues with IT, 2)modernize B2B business model and business process, and 3)improve productivity.

You will…

  • Run projects as Project Manager following L’Oreal Project Management methodology, collaborating with countries, zone and group.
  • Participate in the definition of the business case, cost model and overall objectives for the project/program.
  • Define and monitor the project/program plan, budget, KPI’s and metrics, activities, methodologies, resource and responsibilities allocation (internal/external).
  • Define the implementation strategy of the program/project and supervise the change management activities including training, user support and communication.
  • Track project/program risks and decide on corrective measures and/or any trade-offs needed to achieve objectives and minimize delays and costs.
  • Define and review SLAs and oversee performance
  • Lead as example / Coach the team to follow recommend methodology and best practice.
  • Closely collaborate with Global IT, APAC regional IT and country IT to deliver the above activities/tasks/outcomes
  • Influence media and promotion plans
  • Lead market research plans

You have…

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, IT Management or IT related major.
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ experience within IT department or equivalent positions and preferably 2 years in regional capacity.
  • FMCG/Retail experience is preferred
  • Familiar with ERP, SFA, Business Planning, eCommerce, or Sales or Marketing function/division projects experience preferred
