Ideal candidate will be responsible to:

  • Develops TOP Clients Engagement & Trust

  • Responsible for CA in dedicated Salons

  • Drive Business Development Review & Plan

  • Drive Salon Emotions concept with clients

  • Saloon Look projects  & Clients Approach

  • Masters Business Partner concept

  • Coordinated Education (Academy & In-Salon)

  • Analyses Product Performance to SKU Level and

  • Formulates actionable solutions to address Salon & L'Oréal Objectives.

  • Present Novelties and Marketing cycles based on client needs.

  • Formulates Multibrand Value proposition

  • CSS support to place Multibrand orders


    Ideal candidate:

  • University degree

  • Min. 1 years of professional experience in key account management, or sales department, FMCG field is and advantage

  • Native in Czech/Slovak, fluent in English

  • Enjoy seeking new and creative solutions to business problems

  • Possess strong analytical, communication and social skills

  • Is highly motivated and open to the international environment

  • Possess very good PC skills (Excel)
