In the Professional Products Division, our mission is to support hairdressers and develop the hair industry sustainably, while benefiting all. We’re the founding Division for the L’Oréal group, having history more than 110 years ago. 

Here, you’ll be constantly looking to create connections between our brands, professionals and consumers in every market. Our mission is to always reinvent professional beauty and lead the digital transformation of our industry with a customer-centric approach. 

Thanks to our 6 global brands like Kérastase, Redken and Pureology, and 3 local brands across the world, we provide professionals and consumers with better, safer and more sustainable professional haircare, experiences and services.

You will

Be responsible for the following:

1/ Create solutions to elevate the Consumer Experience & Futureproof the Professional Hair industry:
Test & learn new innovations that will enhance the consumer experience. 
Pilot, track ROI & scale when relevant. 

2/ Drive the sustainability agenda for the Professional Products Division in the UK and Ireland:

L’ORÉAL FOR THE FUTURE:
PPD embedding and activation via the creation & animation of a PPD Taskforce.
Make Sustainability appealing to all and easy to understand through upskilling and eventing. 
Empower PPD teams to be agents of change, and to contribute to helping L’ORÉAL achieve its sustainability goals. 
Collaborate with other UKI Divisions L4TF Taskforces and stakeholders. 

HAIRSTYLISTS FOR THE FUTURE:
Support the sustainable transformation of the Professional Hair Industry:
Embark hairstylists on the journey to a more sustainable future & leverage their influence around the sustainable choices of their clients & communities too, through 5 pillars of sustainable transformation: 
Managing Water Sustainably,
Preserving Natural Resources, 
Fighting Climate Change, 
Designing Sustainable Salon Spaces 
Building A Community Of Sustainability Advocates.

For each pillar of salon & stylist sustainable transformation:
Create a rich offer of actionable tools and upskilling to support salons & hairstylist on their sustainable transformation
Pilot tools to activate sustainable strategy working with environmental experts e.g. Salon Carbon Footprint Tracker & gaining insight into salon environmental footprint within the Professional Hair Industry.
Track ROI & scale when relevant. 
Develop & maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external.
Hairstylists For The Future Comms & Awareness including salon upskilling and industry comms reach.

3/ Raise awareness & amplify reach of SALON EMOTION upskilling:
L'Oréal ACCESS, our learning platform for salon professionals: 
Manage Consumer Experience activation and upskilling across all 4 CX pillars of transformation on platform including developing learning paths, orchestrating monthly webinars with internal & external speakers, developing e-learning modules and monitoring all logistics & analytical tracking. You will also be a part of the taskforce for ACCESS 2.0 Launch. 
Instagram:
Manage CX Instagram Channel across all 4 CX pillars to increase engagement & growth, by developing winning content, community manage and analytical tracking. 
Salon Emotion In Session Events: 
Organising & hosting upskilling events (physical & virtual) for professional hair industry across the UK & Ireland.

You have

Educated to degree level or equivalent.
At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications or Sustainability. Ideally withing the Beauty industry but not essential. 
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and copy-writing skills along with the ability to influence and build relationships across an organization. 
Positive attitude and unfazed by complex multi-tasking.
Highly organised with prioritisation skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail
