Our portfolio makes up 26 brands of which 17 are global, including the highly-aspirational and multi-expert ones such as Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent and Giorgio Armani. • Have full ownership of the email marketing communications briefing process for Luxe American brands with third party agencies including;
o Creative brief creation
o Sourcing assets
o Writing engaging & compelling copy (following brand TOV and working closely with the brand team to make sure that all copy is approved)
o Obtaining brief approval with CRM Manager & brand team (where applicable)
o Upload briefs into SharePoint & Trello
o Creating tracking and links briefs for campaigns
• Management of email tracking and reporting including;
o Project management via Trello
o Updating relevant information in the LAB email trackers, working closely with the CRM Manager
o Undertake campaign analysis to understand trends, sharing learnings and recommendations to optimise performance for future activations
• Ensuring excellence in execution by;
o Ensuring creative matches brief including design, no assets missing, copy sense check for typos, etc)
o Ownership of self-serve email build tool to standardise templates and create efficiencies
o Email personalisation: working with the CRM team to add in Kickdynamic personalisation widgets where relevant
o Owning proofing/QA process through our ESP, Adobe Campaign, ensuring emails render well across all email clients and devices
• Lead on the optimisation and project management of LAB brand trigger campaigns to manage customer lifecycle and grow email weight of business
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role; either CRM or digital/ecommerce
• Strong analytical ability and proven project management experience
• Some understanding of CRM terminology, KPIs and segmentation
• Digital-first thinking, ideally with experience working with CRM tools to evaluate performance (Adobe, Dartagnan, Splio, GA)
• Highly organised together with the ability to prioritise and adapt within a changing environment
• Creative thinker with a track record in providing solutions to business problems
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, with an articulate manner
• Great relationship building skills and the ability to network at all levels
• The ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines
• Energetic and enthusiastic with a team spirit
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Commercial sensitivity
• Desirable but not essential: experience in HTML coding for email
