Stakeholder Management Skills
•Experience of process leadership and management in a medium to large organization
Demand Planning Experience
•Significant experience in demand planning function
•Strong understanding of the building blocks and trends that influence the construction of a sales forecast
Excellent Communication Skills
•Comfortable engaging with senior level leaders on performance results, articulating risks and opportunities as well as complex concepts and problems in a simple, engaging way
•Excellent working knowledge of Excel, SAP and office
•Practical experience in demand or business planning systems
