As a key member of the Business Transformation team in PPD you will work as a Digital B2B Project Manager, liaising with internal and external clients. The primary project for this role is L’Oréal Partner Shop, the first PPD B2B Online Ordering platform for our customers to order directly from us. This is the number one strategic priority for the division and gives an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment on a broad portfolio of brands and to work closely with an active, collaborative business community to maximise the benefit of this new platform.

Digital B2B Project Manager


Successfully roll out, according to the roadmap, a well communicated and customer focussed ordering platform (L’Oréal Partner Shop) to the full PPD customer base:
Effectively coordinate, plan and roll out L’Oréal Partner Shop to all PPD customers
Optimise and land our internal and external communication/ marketing strategy for the platfor
Run weekly internal stakeholder meetings to continue momentum as the platform evolves
Manage complex data and analyse what is relevant (salon data for roll out and results data for stakeholder communication)
Effectively communicate and deal with risks
Present in and ensure the Partner Shop team have a presence across PPD and even cross divisional meetings to share best practices
 Provide high quality support to customers, key users and share knowledge and strategy with the wider business community
Run training for users of the platform including field teams and customers and own the L’Oréal Partner Shop User Club to share best practices and feedback
Responsible for a best in class feedback loop with internal and external customers to drive continuous improvement of the platform and surrounding processes
Customer and user feedback fed into project roadmap by converting business expectations into signed-off business requirements
Support in communicating and implementing the first B2B ecommerce multi-brand marketing strategy L’Oréal UK
Manage the flow of communication between the International Project Team, local leadership team and internal and external customers
Integration of Partner Shop into the existing application landscape involving appropriate contacts
Contribute to the role of Partner Shop in the wider B2B ecommerce ecosystem by supporting and managing other projects that fall under this remit

Experienced in Microsoft Office Packages, namely PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
