Professional Products Division

The Professional Products Division is universally known for exclusively supplying salons and other professional customers with the most advanced technologies in hair, skin and beauty products. As the Education Consultant for LP you will report into the National Training Manager for LP Ireland and ensure the professional is put at the very heart of the education excellence journey, winning the hearts and minds of our professional community in an omni-channel, service-led environment

You will be driven by the challenge of partnering with your clients and the commercial team to help achieve internal and external business results and to grow the professional expertise within the industry. You will be responsible for liaising and influencing some of the global leading artists in the hairdressing industry.

What will I do?


As a talented hairdresser and a self-motivated team player you will have a can-do attitude. You will have previous experience of delivering Technical expertise within an omni-channel education environment. You will share our passion for inspiring others to maximise their performance through L’Oréal Professionnel.


In your role you will be responsible for:


Delivering courses to salons within your territory and working with the commercial team to make sure you offer best in class service to our salons.
Building the Group’s professional image and reputation as the number one destination for professional education.
Inspiring and leading the external education community in the digital and social transformation of the professional industry.

Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience of building relationships across an organisation.
A solutions orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at pace and cope with ambiguity.
Experience of managing change - through rapid growth.
A strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong planning and organisation skills – with an ability to appropriately re-prioritise and change as required to meet deadlines.
