Be responsible for proactively assisting the HR Controller to build and model people costs and headcount in budget, pre-budget and trends throughout the year. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and driven individual, ideally with a financial background, to ensure that we are maximizing our people investments and analyzing proactively our costs. The role will work collaboratively with the HR Generalists and the Finance community and will assist the wider business in decision making regarding people costs.

What are key highlights of this role?

Plan, review, track and manage Pre Budget, Budget and Trends throughout the year working collaboratively with the HR and Finance teams.

Assist in the preparation and management of monthly reporting indicators for the UKI and Western Europe teams.

Assist in the analysis of the main strategic people cost indicators in order to support better decision-making.

Work on future proofing our processes and simplifying the way we work.

Work on Ad hoc projects to continuously improve internal controls / reporting / efficiency of the HR Cost Controlling department.

Preferably a Degree Qualification.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to make the complex simple.
A keen eye for detail, with a right first time approach.
Strong organisational skills.
Outstanding rigour and attention to detail.
Ability to work in an ever changing & demanding environment, be able to cope with ambiguity at times.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly and work in a matrix environment.
Continuous improvement mindset and always looking for new and improved ways of working.

The candidate must have strong excel skills and ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
