Head of eD2C (Direct 2 consumer)-Yves Saint Laurent Beauty
As the Head of eD2C, you will create and lead the YSL E-Business Strategy for our eD2C site. You will be accountable for the full P&L on our site and manage and execute growth and acceleration plans to continuously raise the bar in the digital space. You will work closely with the Commercial Team to ensure consistent Brand Strategy both online and offline.
•Execution of the Brand D2C strategy; Collate and communicate a clear roadmap with identified priorities mapped to growth strategy
•Establishing and owning strong relationships with LUXE corporate teams and Zone/DMI
•Ensuring clear forecasting, trending and reporting for D2C sites
•Monitoring of performance and providing analysis and insights to update strategy according to centralised E-Business performance and industry data
•Leading CRM and working with brand activation to ensure delivery of processes within the brand at local and international level to ensure seamless eBusiness execution
•Utilising KPIs such as Traffic, CVR, ATV and Bounce Rate and implement learnings to drive performance.
•Management and development of eBusiness Executive and CRM Manager
•Reporting into the Brand GM, you will be part of the YSL Mancom and influential in shaping the overall strategy and leadership of the YSL team.
