As the L’OREAL LUXE MEDIA MANAGER for Indirect E-Retailers. Alongside the Luxe Digital team, Luxe Pure Player team & Commercial team, you are responsible for managing Paid and Earned media to maximize traffic, conversion, and the ROI of media spend together with Brand teams.
•Define the Luxe Indirect E-Retailer strategy for Media including but not limited to Performance media, Search (SEO & SEM), Influencer, Affiliates, Retailer Social and Live Streaming event alongside Luxe Digital team, Brand teams and Commercial team;
•Work closely with Luxe Digital team, Brand teams, Commercial team to define media budget and its allocation by media channel & formats; ensure that media strategy on Indirect channels are inline with overall Luxe & Brand digital strategy;
•Aiding Brand teams to ensure that media budget and performance media campaigns are set up and executed according to Brand e-trade activities;
•Ensure that Brand media linked to Indirect E-Retailer sites are performing effectively and that it delivers the best possible return for the Brands;
•Provide full transparency to the Division and to Brand teams about our performance media campaigns – our spend, optimization strategy & ROAS; offer on-going optimization recommendations to Brand teams;
•Alongside Luxe Digital team, lead Division Indirect E-Retailer Media & Data updates; share learnings from best-in-class media campaigns; ensure that there is a hub of knowledge in Paid & Earned media for Indirect E-Retailers across the Division;
•Together with Luxe Digital team, CMO team, provide media upkilling for the Brand teams and relevant functions in the division through regular sharing of performance and best practices.
•Educated to degree level
•Highly numerate – strong analytically
•Strong negotiator & look for a win-win opportunities with our retail partners
•Highly organized with prioritization skills.
•Experienced in a premium or retail environment and can demonstrate commercial knowledge of market levers.
