MEDIA MANAGER - LANCOME
§Delivery of brand media plan (TV, Press, OOH, Digital, Partnerships etc.) in collaboration with our media agency
§Ongoing evaluation of media results
§Staying up to date in industry best practices and innovations
§Staying up to date in industry best practices and innovations, and sharing with the wider Lancôme/ luxe team where appropriate
§Act as a change champion for the brand – ensuring we push innovation in media
§Putting PCA into future campaigns to ensure best media results
§Media tracking of results & ongoing campaigns
§Media Audience / Platform Planning
§File management of all media folders
§Driving content excellence from DMI – ensuring all formats and assets required are supplied for every launch
§Managing the briefing process for local content amendments – working with TAG, Essence, DMI etc.
§Ensuring a content audit is carried out on every launch, with feedback to DMI on what formats and assets we expect moving forward
§Content creation working collaboratively with content/social media manager.
§Achieves results with integrity
§Acts/Leads with human sensitivity
§Displays sensitivity to the métier
