Online Brand Manager 

The Consumer Products Division’s mission is universal: to offer the best in cosmetics innovation to the greatest number of people on every continent. Its brands are available in all mass-market channels (hypermarkets, supermarkets, pharmacy’s and retail stores). The division is the spearhead of the group’s quest to win over a further billion consumers. The Consumer Products Division includes popular brand such as L’Oréal Paris, NYX, Mixa, Garnier, Maybelline & Essie.


Be responsible for executing the Online plans across different cluster of e-retailers (e.g. marketplaces, beauty specialists, fashion accounts)
Input and advise on the eCommerce strategy with a clear objective of reaching sales target and category growth: definition of priorities, planification of marketing activations around NPDs and key pillars. Create a winning assortment strategy.
Be a key point of contact for the Commercial teams to plan together the execution of marketing campaigns and ensure to drive the right visibility and engagement on retailers domains
Utilize Digital tools and channels to ensure a sustainable growth of the eCommerce business: ensure flawless content execution on retailers' websites, partner with the Media teams to efficiently deploy conversion media budget, create bespoke shopper marketing plans, think on the role of Social Media to drive commerce
Set up differentiated shopper-centric account strategies, ensuring the success of integrated consumer journeys (online to offline) from start to end, proposing innovative Marketing initiatives to maximize growth across all accounts and enhancing performance, traffic and conversion on customer websites

Play a key role in the adoption of new digital processes and ways of working across the organization, being involved in cross-functional initiatives with the Marketing, Digital and Commercial teams
