As the Omni Activation Manager, Kiehl’s, Urban Decay and IT Cosmetics, you will be responsible for planning & executing omni-channel brand experiences that are impactful and meaningful in terms of engagement, innovation and customer centricity.
Manage all key trade period/calendar activity for selected retailers in partnership with respective cross-functional teams
Manage and deliver the implementation of omnichannel retail activations & create bespoke O&O activation plans per channel
Collaborate with brand experience, retail and commercial teams to identify clear objectives by retailer for each campaign to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion KPIs
Act as the brand ambassador to ensure the brand aesthetics and tone of voice are correctly represented across indirect channels
Collect and analyse data to review marketing activity, measure ROI and use this data in future decision making
Build best in class retailer strategy decks to excite retailers and drive our brand vision
Be a Simplicity warrior and look for opportunities to streamline work processes, including creating synergies across the various retailer channels
Work closely with the other Activation Managers to report back to DMI and Zone on challenges and development points in order to win in the context of the UK market
Manage and deliver the sampling and GWP strategy for each channel, work with the supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery
Competitor Analysis - Regular competitor analysis monitoring and reporting.
Manage the activation budget and ensure timely and accurate delivery
Experience working with both retailers and Pure players and a good understanding of all areas of marketing activation
A digital first approach and experience leading digital and omni-channel campaigns
An excellent understanding of budget and PPP management
Experience working with wider business functions such as PR & engagement, commercial and retail teams
