YOU WILL:

Be responsible driving business growth through an efficient and collaborative relationship within our Pureplayer Channel. This channel is key to the dynamic growth of our business and essential that entrepreneurial mindset supported by clear strategic thinking are deployed at all times to enable to ensure we establish a robust mass market supply chain in a fast paced, trend led market.

STRATEGY

As a dynamic leader and business partner, you’ll lead the Pureplayer customer supply chain team and key relationships with our customer. This exciting role will take on responsibility for continuously driving efficiencies both internally and externally. Identifying key improvement projects, influencing senior stakeholders and developing the CSC team are key to success.

RESPONSIBILITY

Your responsibilities within the role will include:

Manage multifunctional and business wide projects, with the aim to optimize the way we serve our customers.
Work closely with key senior internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of our mission and action plans.
Work closely with key customers in a true collaborative partnership, delivering against agreed internal and external KPIs.
Continuously develop your team to create experts in the Pureplayer SC Channel

                                          YOU HAVE:
Experience of developing and managing relationships, with a past record engaging and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
Supply Chain Knowledge/Experience: Excellent understanding of key Supply Chain functions including; Customer requirements, Physical Distribution, Cost To Serve and Stock In Trade. 
Customer facing experience, with the ability to engage and influence our customers towards the execution of best practice.
Project Management: Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills – able to work effectively to deadlines. With authority to lead change and engage stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Problem Solving Skills: Able to solve problems effectively and look for alternative solutions when challenged, whilst able to communicate new methods to others.
Excellent Communication skills, and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, communicating challenges and successes both internally and externally
