SOCIAL BRAND MANAGER 

Maybelline


The Consumer Products Division’s mission is universal: to offer the best in cosmetics innovation to the greatest number of people on every continent. Its brands are available in all mass-market channels (hypermarkets, supermarkets, pharmacy’s and retail stores). The division is the spearhead of the group’s quest to win over a further billion consumers. The Consumer Products Division includes popular brand such as L’Oréal Paris, NYX Professional Makeup, Garnier, Maybelline & Essie. 


You Will: 


Creating and managing the social media strategy for Maybelline across all key social platforms (this includes but is not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitch), with the primary objectives of driving brand awareness, engagement and increasing conversion that results to sales.

Creating successful local paid social media assets for Maybelline key campaigns.

Developing and managing a strong brand advocacy model:
1.identifying the right influencers for our brand and our product launches
2.managing all influencer contracts
3.creating short and long term strategies to drive the social community


Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, as well as understanding ROI and effectiveness of campaign spend to manage efficiently the Maybelline social budget.

Provide ongoing briefing to the customer care team of launches and everyday business

You Have: 


Comprehensive experience in social & content roles
A track record in leading creation of high performing brand content and managing multiple social platforms, including Tik Tok
Experience in leading brand social strategy within the beauty sector.
Confidence with social analytics
Experience in working with and developing relationships with brand influencers.
Passion for beauty
Experience in the beauty industry is a bonus.
