As a Trade Marketing Manager, Luxe, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating cross-branded trade marketing activities, planning and ensuring best in class execution. You will take ownership for shaping the account strategy; managing the P&L and building strong relationships with your key contacts, creating persuasive commercial arguments to drive the business forward. Your role is retail/customer centric, ensuring that we have coordinated plans across our portfolio of brands in each of our key retailers. Coordination of both commercial and marketing teams, as well as management of day to day elements of our multi brand retailer partnership across key trading periods and Xmas is a primary focus.

You Will... 
Demonstrate a great understanding of our retailer’s strategies; work closely with the brands and the L’Luxe teams to develop new opportunities, manage risks and develop strengths
Drive market share of key pillar fragrances across the November and December period, ensuring we grow faster than the market/retailer depts & key competitors.
Build a holistic 100% view of all projects and share with the business with ongoing updates, progress versus plan and flag risks or new opportunities with key stakeholders
Propose and monitor 360 campaign strategy - Develop marketing mix (CMI, Retail, Digital, Online)
Work closely with retailer teams to develop ideas and maximise strategic opportunities; focusing on customer 'Path to Purchase' - In store and digital ensuring all touchpoints are utilised.
Develop strategies to improve/maximise trade Investment ROI by completing promotion analysis and validate against expected results
Manage senior stakeholders: Pitching plans and strategies - focused on top line objectives, project updates, budget considerations and project timelines
Manage external stakeholders: Communicating top line objectives, project updates, budget considerations and project timelines at retailer top to tops
