In the Professional Products Division, our mission is to support hairdressers and develop the hair industry sustainably, while benefiting all. We’re the founding Division for the L’Oréal group, having history more than 110 years ago. 

Here, you’ll be constantly looking to create connections between our brands, professionals and consumers in every market. Our mission is to always reinvent professional beauty and lead the digital transformation of our industry with a customer-centric approach. 

Thanks to our 6 global brands like Kerastase, Redken and Pureology, and 3 local brands across the world, we provide professionals and consumers with better, safer and more sustainable professional haircare, experiences and services.

You will
Define & create the Indirect channel strategy in line with brand priorities and current market opportunities
Manage the implementation of the indirect marketing plan; with a key focus on top clients, where bespoke activation is often required. 
Adapt brand campaigns to maximise the omni-channel consumer journey, from stores, ecommerce, social media & pro-advocacy.
Create and design POS materials for both in-store and online activation. 
Drive brand equity and develop creative solutions to transform the user experience of our consumers
Control the channel A&P, track and monitor budget spend and share any ROI where applicable.
Monitor competition & feedback key insight to the brand teams. 
Present the channel strategy and activation plans to key external stakeholders 
Own the stock forecasting process for the indirect channel, working closely with the commercial and supply chain teams 
Push the Pro. Partnering with the Indirect education team, continue to grow pro-advocacy within the channel.

You have
Strong planning and organisational skills – with an ability to appropriately re-prioritise and change as required to meet deadlines
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience of managing complexity and dealing with numerous stakeholders
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
A solutions orientated mindset 
Experience in producing and adapting point of sales materials with local agencies
Commercial sensibility and customer experience is a plus
Strong sensitivity to the beauty industry, product appreciation and an eye for aesthetics 
Ability to work in an ever changing & demanding environment
