Redken Brand Manager
At L’Oréal Professional Products Division (PPD), our 10 world-renowned brands create products for the finest salons. We are privileged to partner with hair care professionals worldwide, and provide them with the latest innovation, newest technologies and best education in order to deliver outstanding professional service to discerning consumers.
Now we are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Brand Manager to drive our brand’s image and SOV in the region.
This is a senior role reporting to the Brand Director. It involves managing the offline Marketing aspects of the brand, and requires at least 5 years’ experience in an industry environment with a strong retail culture and exposure to digital transformation.

Develop and grow Redken.
Implement the right strategy set by the Brand Director.
Co-ordinate on business drivers across all related stakeholders/functions.
As a successful Brand Manager, you’ll need to have a strong understanding of the customer and the consumer and be able to adapt your mindset and knowledge into the salon business. Working closely with our trade partners and our global teams, to share and identify opportunities in the market place relevant to the local market. You will be responsible to plan and allocate spends in line’s with the brand’s strategy. Manage ROI and effectiveness of marketing activities across business channels.
Create regular quantitative and qualitative monthly and quarterly brand performance report.

You have the inspirational personality to get people behind you. We expect you to create performance-led activations while never losing sight of our customers. You’ll need to have a high level or communication with a go to market approach, ensuring implementation to drive sales. You will need to be digital savvy and creative always looking for latest trends to apply on the brand when relevant.
