GENERAL DESCRIPTION Training Education (Trade/Clients)/Formation Education

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  REGIONAL TRAINING

              To foster and drive efficiently the sell-out through ensuring the best technical mastery of brand products in Stores.

              Impersonate and transmit brand values to the distribution

              Develop the country’s training program, in line with the marketing plan.

              Anticipate, prepare and deliver top-quality trainings, liaising with Field and Marketing team on agendas, timings and content

              Identify professional talents in the market, recruit the right profile, coach, train and ensure their career development, in line with the Brand identity

              Develop junior Trainer

              Ensure continuous development of the team through Education (from Induction, to Seasonal launches, Mystery Shopper, Global Shopper) and Coaching and Certification, Ensure development of expertise and know-how of the team

              Ensure constant retail excellence on POS (from welcoming to closure, grooming…) and develop further with unique services and experience for the consumer

              Build relationship with Education department of Retailers, and ensure constant training and brand/product knowledge of Retailer staff

              Engage sales & marketing teams around education

              Control and monitor Training budget (LPOs and GR on time)

 

REGIONAL MAKEUP ARTIST:

              Ensure constant expertise of makeup application and selling skills, as per market trends and products specificities

              Support the trade on key moments of activity, pushing sales and building consumer relationship and addiction to the brand

              Communicate on business achievements, best practices experienced or noticed to maximize in-store appearances

              Continuously build, gather and share knowledge of makeup market (Trends and Competitors), identify need gaps for the brand and creative solutions to compensate

              Pro-actively propose new ideas of animation and activities to promote the brand to the teams as well as to the consumers

              Lead Make-Up Events: Masterclasses in FSS and Sephora Beauty Studio with a full fledge involvement & coordination

              Build own network of VIP customers, consultants and artists in the beauty business, and support blogger relationship as part of the brand strategy

              Deliver top-quality photo shoots, be the local voice of the brand for the Press and through PR & bloggers events

              Maximize sell out with outstanding in-store presence + train the team on alternative products to supplement OOS

 

PR

• Speak on behalf of UD in the press about our products, makeup trends, tips & tricks

• Content creation for the local market, which can also be used in other markets if relevant

• Fulfill filming needs for retailers

• Makeup artistry for print magazine editorials, makeup/beauty stories
