Sell-Out Manager

  • -          Develop the sales through a retail and sell-out strategy

  • -          Set sell-out targets by retailer and by door based on the sales data anaylsis and potential of each door according to marketing activities and promo plan

  • -          Define line targets to secure forecasted growth ranking and market share per retailer, per door  (e.g. stock liqudation, IPT, average bascket etc.)

  • -          Set BAs individual sales and line targets, sales achievements and commission calculation and the allocation of BAs per door  according to customer profile and breake even)

  • -          Monitor sales activities to ensure that  sales targets are met and take appropriate and agile actions to boost the sales and maximize the potential

  • -          Provide regular market feedback to the management with regards of competition, product movement, brand position, challenges and growth opportunities

  • -          Keep uptodate with the market conditions and trends in the field and  support  the team with new product launch strategy and information

  • -          Submit monthly sell-Out reports with achievements vs target per BA,account,store and commission calculation

  • -          Align with the sell-in team on the best stock level as per the potential sales of each SKU

  • -          Set the journey plan of the BA supervisors to ensure maximum market coverage  as per the weight and the potential of the stores

  • -          Align with the Regional Trainer and ensure ongoing performance assessment of the BAs and support through coaching and training plans set by the BA supervisors to upskill the BAs and  create environement of growth and excellence, motivaton and recognition

    • Develop the BA supervisors through regular feedback, setting SMART objectives align on priorties
  • -       Arrange quarterly BA meeting


Education/ Qualification

Bachelor degree

Written & spoken language

English-Arabic (Preferably)
