We are looking for bright young minds who can join us in the DIGITAL TRACK of Management Trainee Program 2019 from July 1st 2019.  

You will undergo a 2-3 stint rotational learning program for 12 months to gain relevant digital mastery and hands-on experience of the beauty business.  These stints will provide you exposure to consumer, professional salon or luxury division in areas such as digital marketing, e-commerce, sales, media etc.

Post successful completion of your 12 months rotational stints, you will be confirmed as an Assistant Manager. The stints will be anywhere in India to provide with business understanding on challenges and opportunities while you work with a strong mentor.

Key Success Factors:

·         Understanding of digital marketing and ability to manage all digital assets for the Brand 

·         Basic understanding of emerging technologies

·         Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising measurable digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

·         Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

·         Sensitivity towards beauty and key trends in the beauty industry

Internal and External Interactions: The role requires regular interaction with the internal stakeholders such as Marketing, education team, Regional Sales team, Finance etc and external interaction with vendors.

Physical Demands (e.g. % travel):

We expect Management Trainees to be mobile. Travel will be need based for this role.

Education:

Graduate with 2-3 years of experience or MBA with 0-1 year of experience in digital marketing

Selection Process:

We will invite candidates who match the requirements for an assessment centre that will include interviews, case exercise and psychometric assessment.
