Division: Professional Products Division

Lead all Marketing, Digital and Social efforts for LEVEL Loyalty Rewards, the Professional Product Division’s multi-brand Loyalty Program. Design and execute all marketing to drive member acquisition, and incremental sales for our brands. Work with brand marketing teams to incorporate LEVEL specific promotions into their existing marketing efforts, as well as lead creation of LEVEL specific promotions. Oversee creative development of collateral (email, direct mail, store signage, program collateral, training materials, PR, and other program creatives for special events). Manage one direct report responsible for LEVEL Social content and strategy as well as LEVEL Program Operations.

CRM & Promotions:

  • Oversee monthly LEVEL promotions for all 9 PPD Brands
    • Manage Loyalty vendor relationship and ensure promotions are formatted/executed correctly
    • Communicate promotions to field and stores
    • Present the promo results to the individual brand leads
  • Manage all creative related to email, printed collateral, store signs, social assets, and banners for LEVEL
  • Brief in all creative requests
  • Set priorities for creative and enforce deadlines
  • Plan and lead monthly brand meetings 
    • Meet with the brand leads to review, deadlines, promo/email strategy &  results, and any other outstanding items  
  • Manage the entire email process for the creation and implementation of monthly brand and LEVEL emails as well as development/redesign of all triggers & journeys 
    • Oversee email marketing calendar and segmentation strategy 
    • Manage relationship with email vendor (Accenture)
    • Responsible for monitoring reports and adjusting strategies based on key KPIs
    • Responsible for enhancements and strategy
  • Manage implementation of SMS
  • Manage creation of all branded marketing materials for shows & events
  • Manage the Budget and PO process


  • Manage acquisition strategy including development of monthly offers for new members, street and store
    • Work with the Field/Store Team (Saloncentric and Sub-Distributors) to enroll current accounts in Level
    • Plan and execute monthly incentives to drive enrollments
    • Provide collateral and education materials to drive enrollments
    • Monitor monthly acquisition reporting for the brands and field 
    • Plan and execute over-arching Level Promotions (i.e. Direct Mail, Store GWP, Sample Boxes, Double Points, Free Shipping etc.) 
    • Manage Shows and Events to ensure Level has visibility

LEVEL Social & Content Strategy

  • Oversee the execution and growth of our Social Media channels
  • Oversee paid media strategy and execution
