Job Summary:

Manager Supply Chain Finance is essential for the consolidation, reporting and analysis of the Supply Chain cost and activities, keeping a very close connection and partnership with supply chain business partners, and finance controllers in the Divisions, LUSA Corporate and DGO team in Paris.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Close of the month, and FY for Trend and Budget
    • Consolidation and reporting of Form-A (Supply Chain P&L) for North America
    • Consolidation and reporting of Inventory, Account receivables and E&O for North America
    • Validate consistence of Supply Chain indicators reported by the divisions
    • Prepare PD analysis by channel report
    • Prepare P&L Flash review for meetings with LUSA Corporate and DGO teams
  • Provide anaclitic insight to variances versus forecast
  • Prepare Supply Chain monthly book
  • Help in any ad-hoc report
  • High profile interactions and presentations with senior leaders in US, North America, and Paris.

Required Experience/Training:

  • 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • Consumer products industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative and fast-paced work environment

Technical / Professional

  • Excellent computer skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 
  • Must be able to interact effectively – both internally and externally   
  • Ability to manage in complex situation often needing to deliver innovative results. 
  • Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence and negotiation skills
  • Results Oriented
  • Good working knowledge of Financial P&L
  • Microsoft Office 365 (Mastering)
  • Knowledge of Compass or similar TM/Cognos based financial planning systems
