Manager, Finance – P&L Analysis

Join the P&L analysis team to help in the consolidation and reporting of the financial results for the L’Oreal Luxe US business. This specific role as the Manager, Finance (P&L Analysis) will be responsible for the consolidation and analysis of the financial results of L’Oreal Luxe. This includes validation of the reporting and month-end executive commentary as well as managing risk and opportunities from the business units. They will also be responsible for assisting in the preparation of Trend and Budget presentations to management. Works directly with brand controllers. This position will have dedicated headcount to assist in all responsibilities. Financial acumen and strong technical skills required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Validation and analysis of month-end results
• Consolidation and reporting of key KPI’s and reports at month end and during key trend time periods
• Provide direction and timing on key deadlines to the many business units
• Analyze all month end results for the Luxe finance division through Compass (IBM COGNOS TM1)

Experience, Competencies and Physical Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
• 3-5 years of relevant in Finance or Accounting experience
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and analysis experience required, with previous P&L experience
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently within a rigorous deadline schedule
• Ability to function in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Advanced Excel expertise
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to sit and use normal office equipment (phone, computer, etc.) more than 90% of the day
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs
• Ability to travel 30-40% or when needed
