This position is mobile and could  be located in Streetsboro, OH; Berkeley Hts NJ.; Clark, NJ;

Job Summary:

Responsible for driving the Service Initiatives, maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), supporting Service for Streetsboro and Salon centric and providing reporting/data needs to supply chain individuals and standard monthly reporting requirements.  With a focus on maintaining master data and working with various departments to assume master data accuracy.  Project work will include standardization amongst other divisions and EU.

Key Job Accountabilities: 

•Lead Service Initiatives and Reporting metrics for Streetsboro and Salon Centric PPD

•Data Collection/ Consolidation to report Service Reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for PPD Supply Chain and Corporate Operations North America (CONA)

•Work with Accounting on Validation of Inventory $, SAP and Legacy

•Analyze supply chain initiatives’ impact on inventory, costs, service

•Prepares Ad Hoc Analysis and Reporting to support the supply chain

•Support Supply Chain Projects, follow-up and documentation.

•Project support on Integration of any new acquisitions and affiliates

•Performs Routine Data Health checks to ensure smooth exchanges of information

•Aid in supporting new users in reporting tools available

•Provide regular support for Import procurement process

•Work with various departments (packaging, quality etc.) to maintain master data accuracy


Competencies Required:


•Bachelors degree and SAP or Equivalent experience

* 5 - 7 years of experience in a Supply Chain, highly analytical role

•WISE and/or Fusion Preferred

•Advanced Excel Experience (Pivot Tables - must, Databases - must, Macros - preferred, etc.)

•Basic Understanding of Logistics and Supporting Systems

•Basic Process Mapping

•Ability to synthesize information and create a clear synopsis of key issues

•Attention to detail
