POSITION:  Manager – eCommerce

REPORTS TO: AVP – eCommerce

LOCATION: St. Petersburg, Florida (SalonCentric National Operations Center)

 

SUMMARY:

The Manager for eCommerce will drive merchandising and marketing strategy & execution for key PPD or Partner brands on SalonCentric.com and the SalonCentric App. Individual is also accountable for responsibilities managed by Assistant Manager who directly reports to them. This role is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the site/app specific to their respective brands within SalonCentric digital priorities and KPIs.  Cross functional collaboration is critical to this role in ensuring the vision of all key stakeholders is achieved, while also driving the best possible customer experience. This position directly influences digital/omni-digital revenue & profitability through campaign planning & eCommerce customer journey. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, comfortable working in a dynamic & fast-paced environment and has an omni-channel mindset. Candidate should also possess leadership skills which allow them to support development of Assistant Manager and ensure seamless execution for their team.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise direct reporting staff including setting employee goals that align with company objectives
  • Manages brand relationships for the eComm channel and partners with Marketing, Category Management and/or SMD teams for assortment and promotion specifics
  • Accountable for merchandising, promotional setup, and banners for all PPD or Partner brand categories, including responsibilities managed by Asst. Mgr.
  • Oversees key initiatives for site maintenance such as SEO, internal search, and dynamic sorting rules
  • Work with Performance Marketing to evaluate site performance metrics and provide data driven recommendations for changes needed
  • Directly influences eCommerce/omni-channel sales through the development of marketing assets (banners, landing pages, etc.) and oversee the publishing of content
  • Attend regular meetings to plan and strategize both SalonCentric & brand campaigns

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent written and verbal skills – must be able to effectively hold external stakeholders accountable to deadlines while maintaining positive relationships
  • 1+ years of management of direct reports or equivalent leadership experience
  • Experience in SalesForce Commerce Cloud and Google Analytics is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or related fields is preferred
