We have an opportunity in the function of Marketing for the position of Marketing Assistant (Kérastase). In this role, you will take responsibility for the administrative and organizational follow-up of the Marketing team's activities.

You should have a minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in organising / optimising activities of a team as well as handling administrative activities. The location of the job will be in Mumbai.

Key Deliverables:

  • Takes care of all administrative and technical assistance: manager’s calendar management, and organization of business travel, entering receipts for expenses, processing mail, preparing responses, orders for office equipment, etc. 
  • Plans the organization of departmental meetings and the coordination of major events (sales conferences, area visits, brand events, international meetings, plans, prospective, etc.).
  • Draws up purchase orders, monitors budget and expenditure.
  • Coordinates with accounts and vendors to ensure payments are made in a timely manner
  • Draws up and maintains presentation files with updated marketing data. 
  • Collates and presents reports for Marketing and education teams on a monthly basis
  • Coordinates with vendors, warehouses and point of sale to ensure the smooth production, and delivery of all material.
  • Coordinates the arrival of new employees (transfer files, FIT course planning, IT and telephone requests, etc.). 
  • Connects various departments/people (Sales, Merchandising, PR, Training, etc.).
  • Communicates with external service providers (market research, advertising agencies, media buying agencies, etc.). 
  • Circulates marketing information within the department (products, images, files, etc.). 
  • Participates in competitive intelligence (purchase of competing products, press cuttings, etc.).

Professional & Technical Competencies:

  • Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Team, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Quick to learn and use company’s tools and processes for PO generation and reporting
  • Organizes/optimizes the activity of the manager or team
  • Anticipates, takes the initiative, and handles priorities. 
  • Carries out all activities while displaying a sense of service, availability, and responsiveness. 
  • Works alongside relevant networks to ensure smooth communication, while respecting rules on discretion and confidentiality. 
  • Shows an awareness of and curiosity for his/her sector (vocabulary, rules, processes, network, etc.).
