We have a suitable opportunity in the function of Marketing for the position of Marketing Manager (L’Oreal Paris Makeup). This is an individual contributor role where one has to collect and analyse consumer and market insight data and make recommendations, implement new launches and maintain growth in pillar product. You should have minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in sales and marketing. The location of the job will be in Mumbai.

  • Strong beauty metier, strong interest in makeup category
  • Strong analytical skills (Loves reading data to get “insights” which impacts business decisions)
  • Great collaboration skills to liaison with all stakeholders

  • Internal Interactions – Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Consumer and Market Insights, Merchandising, DMI, Finance and Zone teams
  • External Interactions – Agency partners

Physical Demands (e.g. % travel):

  • Travel will be need based

Education:

  • MBA / Masters
