Marketing Manager, SkinCeuticals

Reports to: AVP Marketing, SkinCeuticals


Responsible for the development and execution of B2B and CRM programs to further strengthen brand’s medical footprint and credibility as #1 premium, medical skincare brand in the US professional skincare market. Responsible for identifying opportunities to grow B2B database and touchpoints, leveraging current program offerings such as SkinCeuticals Rewards Program and integrated marketing programs for the continued growth and digital acceleration. Helps create and manage marketing plans to enhance awareness and loyalty among professional distribution partners.  Particular focus on accounts, flagships partners, and channel development.  Key cross-functional interfaces include Sales Management, Training and Education, PR, Marketing/creative services, International Marketing team, Finance, and Senior Management Team. Creative individual with a can do attitude.



·         Maximize impact of current B2B program offerings

·         Develop new B2B and CRM programs – leveraging digital platforms and current KOL relationships

·         Enhance brand relations with skincare professionals by organizing and developing account-relations program(s)

·         Elevate professional touch points (e-blasts, surveys, brand website)

·         Competitive analysis and mapping of B2B service offerings

·         Work cross-functionally to ensure timely, successful execution of all initiatives

·         Gain market share by developing B2B programs in support of the overall brand - directing value-added promotional support for medical, professional distribution channel

·         Ensure that all concepts and collateral pieces are approved by appropriate parties, accurate for content, and released on time

·         Recommend and develop new uses for existing programs by analyzing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analyzing data; consulting with internal and external sources

·         Management of outside vendors and agencies – including budget, timelines and deliverables

·         Work with AVP of Marketing to plan sales cycles, launch plans and forecasts, and sales programs/materials in support of professional, medical partners

·         Maintain personal professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies



·         Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field required, MBA preferred

·         3-4 years marketing/brand management required – ideal candidate should have relevant experience in skincare and/or professionally products

·         Must have strong leadership ability

·         B2B channel experience a plus

·         Must have a proven track record in successfully executing innovative marketing programs

·         Strong organization, prioritization, and analytic skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage complexity

·         Excellent communication (particularly written) and presentation skills
