Our Corporate Division supports the 4000+ strong workforce in L’Oréal UK & Ireland. It’s a fast-paced and dynamic environment when you’ll have visibility over our 4 Divisions and play an integral role in moving our business forward. The Ecommerce Acceleration Team exists to make L’Oreal UKI a digital first business by 2024 and drive market share across all our brands and divisions.

You will

Define and steer data quality improvement plan for all data regarding A&P and Promo
>define new templates 
>Review the improvement roadmap implementation with key stakeholders: data owners within all divisions of the UKI and Global Data PO

Collect and transform Data
>Test, implement and upgrade a Semi-automation process for collection and transformation of our manual A&P data
>Lead the collection of all data regarding A&P management and required for MMMs across the UKI
>Manage and extract in autonomy media data from the Essence Data Platform and other sources:
o Define the right extraction parameters
o Give feedback to the EDDS via the Global PO
>Give feedback to local providers on corrections that should be applied at sourcing data

Automate Data sourcing
>Upgrade data sourcing and support central data automation 

Define local data governance
o Identify local data assets per domain (sell out, O+O)
o Define owners depending on levers, domains, and tools
o Increase data availability and literacy

You have

The ability to make appropriate decisions when supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems, and products

Knowledge of data management and business knowledge – particularly media to be able to translate and apply data driven solutions

The ability to build processes supporting data transformation, data structures and dependency

The ability to coordinate data collection across different teams and sources

Highly numerate, analytically strong and a great eye for detail

Power BI, DAX, Advanced Excel, VBA (essential)

GCP, SQL, Google Cloud Platform, Python (desirable)

Strong organisational skills

Experience of agile project management and strong organizational skills

Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
