In Australia, the division is growing quickly through its brand La Roche-Posay which is made available to consumers through a multichannel approach. The division also partners with healthcare professionals across the country to add value to consumers through products backed by the power of the Group’s research and innovation.

About the role

Due to an internal move we are seeking a Medical Representative for our La Roche-Posay brand in NSW. Championing the positioning of La Roche Posay as the leading Medical Skincare brand in Australia, within the dermatological, pharmacy and medical communities, you'll put your sales and relationship development skills to work in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere as you develop and build relationships throughout Northern Sydney.  In addition you will:

  • In collaboration with the Medical Relationship Manager, develop and execute a business plan for your territory
  • Identify and establish relationships with key customers and thought leaders throughout Sydney
  • Actively educate medical and pharmacy professionals of the science and research supporting each product, drawing attention to the product advantages, medical instructions for use and dosages and providing supporting technical / scientific evidence
  • Utilise brand collateral to maximise impact and relationships
  • Represent the La Roche Posay at professional medical events

About You

To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate a proven track record as a relationship oriented sales representative ideally within a medical and pharmacy channel. Preferably, you will have a background in dermatology or medical detailing.

You will be self-motivated and possess excellent relationship building skills. Ideally you will have held a similar role within the democosemtic or skincare industry although a general sales background and the right attitude will also be considered.
