Job Title: Master Scheduling Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for planning the monthly MPS (Master Production Schedule).  Studies availability of resources to execute launch, promo and basic business production

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business;

3 – 5 years of supply chain management and/or manufacturing;

Possesses good management and supervisory skills;

Has general knowledge of the plant’s quality system;

Have knowledge and understanding of and/or ability to perform the Material Release Process, Nonconformance Process, Preventative Action Process, Document and Data Control Process, Purchasing Process, Personnel Process, Planning and Launch Process, Three Management Processes, Quality Records Process, Division France (DF), Supply Chain Process;

Has the ability to identify and satisfy training needs in the department;

Have good written and verbal communication skills;

Have a basic understanding of FDA and GMP’s;

Possesses strong Microsoft Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and analytical ability

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Monthly construction of the MPS production plan defining; the packaging and processing saturations, unit trend results compared to the current year budget, analysis of forecast, FG days of supply and key strategies. Run the monthly Production Validation meeting process and Update MPS parameters for Finished Goods, theoretical hours and global line measurements, safety stocks, target stocks…



2. Support/Reporting of the plant’s Service Level measurements by tracking low stock Finished Good’s for production dates and releases to ensure lowest dollar risk to the plant.



3. Work directly with MSL groups.



4. Run the weekly Production Review meeting.


5. Construct the yearly budget units and saturations.


6. Construct the yearly 3 Year Plan Units.


7. Report monthly TRAX for Logistics.


8. Report/Analyze Finished Goods Inventory dollars.
