Job Responsibilities

Passport

Create all annual sales programs in passport w/program details, budget & phasing

Proposes offerings for sales programs and drop-in & align with Marketing/Sales

Work w/Marketing & DP to size all annual Sales Programs

Provide pricing calculation by material

Enter programs into Passport

Track program approvals

Generate Order forms

Create Sell Sheets

Assists w/reconciliation of actuals & re-phasing to align with monthly deadlines

 

Sales PDA /Fuel /Rebates

Reconcile Sales PDA budget monthly with Finance

Passport updates revising RAF Forecast and monthly phasing

[Maintain consistent budget between Sales PDA budget file, Passport and Checkbooks

 

Allocations & Order Forms

Manages all aspects of the order forms & allocation process.  To work in conjunction with Marketing & DP to understand monthly programs, STT dates and inventory.

Manage monthly timeline with Marketing, DP and the Field to ensure key dates are met for allocations.

Reviews all order forms before sending to SC and Field (overviews vs. OF).  Uploads Indie allocations to SAP

Responsible for checking all Distributor tabs to ensure correct offers & allocations

Works with Indie group on allocation requests by Distributor by promotion.  Communicates requests to Marketing group and confirm allocation quantities back to Indies team.

Responsible for sending out order forms according to the timeline.

Review Promo allocation shipping report on a monthly basis. 

Follow up on any unshipped quantities/givebacks.

 Update manager on any issues or follow ups. Communicate unordered quantities with DP team.

Lead Bi-monthly allocation review with Indies team.

 

IPAD Content (DSA)

Responsible for communicating all content for the IPAD to SalonCentric.

Manages timeline with Marketing to ensure all due dates are met

Works closely with Marketing to ensure that materials are available & provided each month

Sets up Add/Delete Review with Marketing in order to manage content

 

Reporting

Tracking of Monthly Marketing Promotions at Account level

End of month performance by Channel

Tracking & publishing results of Sales Programs & Drop In’s

Launch Tracker for each launch by channel, by account

 

Opening orders

Compile recommended SKU’s for opening orders on a new account

 

Ad Hoc Projects/Reports

Assists with any ad hoc reports
