Manager, Sales Planning

Retail Sales Reporting

  • Oversee Retail Sales Reporting
  • Audited Reports: Weekly Sales Report by Door and by sales representative 
  • Unaudited Reports: Penetration, Sku/Segment Reports, Market Share Reports 
  • Insure accuracy of report with streamline input/output process and automated controls. 
  • Develop & Design Sales Report as needed by the businesses 
  • Drive the streamlining of the backend of audited sales information for all channels facilitating analysis 
  • Develop & Design Sales Report as needed by the businesses 

Business Analysis

  • Drive for greater automation of retail business information (sales, retailer inventory, productivity) 
  • Analyze data collection for recurring analysis and develop more efficient method from collection to reporting establishing as necessary a better retail business database 
  • Streamline current analysis and data collection between channel for more efficiency and consistency and using best technical resources available 
  • Make retail business information more users friendly for report and budgeting purposes 
  • Design new reports providing new insights on the business for management and the field such as: 
  • Support business channel for analysis requested by management, international department and finance. 
  • Productivity, events, promotions, new product launches and impact on existing products and segments, change in commissions, current product assortments. 
  • Scenario analysis (best/worst case) with recommendations to management. 
  • Analyze sale information in multiple and complex perspectives: sales segmentation, returns on sales activities, penetration analysis, market share view. 
  • Provide business channels with the tools and insight in analyzing their own business and keeping a pulse on their channel. 

·         Your role will also require at times supporting and assisting with other facets of the Company's operations.
