Our retail business in growing very fast! To support this growth we are looking for


based in Belgrade


This is an autonomous role requiring the selected candidate to show initiative and work under the strategic guidance of the brand champion and the brand.

Essential professional skills and experience:

  • Sales experience at least 3 years

  • Experience with production and implementation of POS materials and store equipment

  • Experience with planograms

  • Understanding of the way store personnel functions

  • Knowledge of retail stores operational model

  • Fluent English

  • Experience in working closely with perfumeries/drug stores is a plus

  • Experience with Makeup is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the image and presentation of the NYX brand and products in store: merchandising, ordering and installation of POS materials, security stickers for products, employee image, and customer service. Work closely with Product manager to ensure placement and implementation of all POS materials and planograms are in line with brand guidelines and requirements.

  • Ensuring standards for quality, customer service in all retail stores in ADBA ( Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia and Slovenia)

  • Visiting the retail stores in ADBA regularly, talking to store managers, store personnel and customers and identifying or resolving issues

  • Identifying and suggesting solutions to improve the business – adapting store working schedules, personnel schedules, hiring/transferring store personnel, etc. - to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market;

  • Work together with respective stakeholders – CS, Logistics, HR, Product manager, Community manager, IT, external partners - to solve any problems impacting the work of the retail store. Provide regular feedback.

  • Anticipate and work towards preventing staffing needs / issues.

  • Work closely with store managers towards Employee development / succession planning.

  • Together with NYX team work on NYX Events organization and the achievement of the best possible results.

  • Manage the local and every day retail store needs and work on the motivation, training and direction of the staff in the shops as well as the running of events and promotions.

  • Supervise closely and support the construction process for new (relocated or expanded) stores together with the Brand Champion.

  • Ensure all NYX quality and financial standards are met by monitoring and reporting store construction progress & costs, evaluating quality and taking necessary action to keep projects on track and within defined budgets.
