What are key highlights of this role?
Reporting into the Retail Sales Director, Decleor and Carita you will be responsible for driving the Sell In forecasting and execution to our retail partners in line with monthly growth targets. You will work in partnership with the Retail Sales Director and the Retail Business Managers to achieve the brand’s Sell In strategy and deliver Sell Out.
As National Account Executive to the Retail Sales Director you will be exposed to some of the key retail partners in the Beauty Industry and will have the opportunity to grow your commercial expertise through managing key business relationships. Working across departments, you will build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and our external retail partners such as John Lewis Partnership and House of Fraser. You will also act as the key liaison for Decleor retail between functions including marketing, finance and commercial.
