North Asia Customer Care Manager

Key Job Accountabilities 

  • Leader of Customer Care in North Asia, one of key Zone Business Owners in Supply Chain Center of Excellence.
  • Develop Customer Collaboration program with our Key Customers of the region. Reinforce data exchange, catalogue management, and joint-forecasting processes. Ensure Supply Chain performance improvement (service, OSA, stock-in-trade, cost …etc.).
  • Design and drive Order-to-Cash efficiency improvement program.
  • Animate Countries Customer Care community, provide them trainings and guidance. Contribute to this community talents growth and excellence in the execution of their function.
  • Propose directions and priorities for coming 3 years plan and define budgets for his/her scope of activity.
     

Job Requirements: 

  • Solid background in Customer Care functions, with competencies in Order-to-Cash and Key Account Management.
  • Established managerial and project management experiences in an affiliate level. Successful experiences in Supply Chain collaboration with Key Customers of the region.
  • User knowledge in SAP SD module.
  • Fluency in English mandatory. Chinese will be a plus.
