Main Responsibilities

·         Closely cooperate with internal stakeholders to execute procurement strategy in line with the Group’s purchasing policy and Group Values.

·         Works on customer inquiries in a fast moving environment including clarifying the specifications, selecting vendors from the vendor pool, negotiating and assuring timely delivery and required quality 

·         Strive to improve the overall quality of purchased items and services

·         Manage required supplier documentation according to internal policies and guidelines

·         Prepare regular reports on the purchasing spent    

·         Prepare quarterly supplier evaluation for the supplier business review

·         Identify and implement savings opportunities

·         Assure awareness and compliance to the purchasing policy within respective departments

 

 

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

·         Ability to analyze price breakdown structures and identify inconsistencies

·         Ability to prioritize purchasing tasks   

·        Capability to negotiator for smaller/ individual purchases. Ability to uncover the interests of the other parties and build win-win solutions 

·         Understanding of the components for the retail design and POS

·         Build good working relationships with internal stakeholders

·         Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders  

·         Able to gain cooperation in implementing changes in systems, practices, and procedures

·         Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential

QUALIFICATION

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics

·         About 3 - 5 years professional experience with minimum 2 years in merchandising and store design
