Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct purchasing activity in the defined category in complete line and compliance with the Group’s purchasing policy.
  • Collect and translate business needs and clarify business strategy (stakeholders’ management) to Sourcing Expert.
  • Build and deliver day to day business projects (med/low value), “challenging” and advising requestors
  • Conduct Price request
  • Help/Support internal change management programs
  • In matter of Supplier Relationship Management, will raise feedback related to supplier performance while providing them operational support
Dashboard and Budget/trend follow-up & Identification of improvement plans

 

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree with and purchasing certification
  • At least 6 years professional experience on which 3 years in Operational experience in retail in local market.
  • At least 6 years professional experience on which 3 years in Operational experience in retail in local market.

 

Skill Requirements

  • stakeholders needs, co-work on budget/trend construction and follow-up.
  • Negotiate best service/price with local Actors vs needs
  • Category Retail understanding/knowledge
  • Coordinate the sourcing part together with the operation part on the category defined
  • Country stakeholders, Zone Purchasing on the category defined.
