KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:- Ensure the smooth execution of the order-to-cash cycle for customers in charged.
- Handle complaints, disputes and support within Customer Service function.
- Manage invoices and send invoice adjustment notification to customers.
- Complete return/refusal within accounts in charged.
- Validate customer information when new customer code created
- Create invoice for rebate
- Daily Customer Service report
- Back-up for team members and other tasks when assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Having 1-2 years of experience in customer service & order processing at Manufacturing or FMCG companies
- Showing resilience in work & having ability to work under high pressure
- Experience with SAP is preferable
