A Day in the Life

As our Packaging & Development Manager for the Consumer Products Division in Pakistan, you will be a key player in our Operations team, driving the future of our product portfolio. Based in Lahore with travel to our factory in Sheikupura, you will lead the development and innovation of our packaging and finished goods, from initial concept to launch. In this role you will:

  • Lead Product Innovation: Steer new product launches from concept to commercial production, ensuring all projects align with our brand vision and quality standards.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Projects: Act as the central coordinator between Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Sourcing, and our factory teams to ensure seamless execution, on-time delivery, and industrial readiness.
  • Develop Best-in-Class Packaging: Partner with suppliers and designers to innovate packaging solutions, manage technical specifications, and oversee testing to guarantee functionality and quality.
  • Champion Localization & Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost-saving and lead the localization of finished goods, packaging, and raw materials, interfacing with regional and global teams to drive these initiatives.


We Are Looking For 

We're seeking a highly experienced engineer with a strong operational background and a talent for turning ideas into reality. You thrive on managing complex projects and navigating a fast-paced factory environment. Your ability to collaborate with and influence diverse stakeholders is crucial to realizing our product vision.

We believe you’re a great match if you have:

  • An Engineering degree or a related technical background, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in packaging development or technical project management.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
  • Innovation: A creative mindset to develop unique and competitive packaging solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in collaborating with diverse teams and suppliers.
  • Packaging Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of packaging materials, design, and manufacturing processes.
  • Quality & Compliance: A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the highest quality standards.
