Then you must be the one that we are looking for – the next Business Unit Controller (CORPO)

When taking on a career in Corporate Finance team as a manager, you will get ownership of monitoring the management of several areas of corporate activity from financial perspective.

We expect that you succeed in:

  • Ensuring reliability and punctuality of financial reporting in order to give to management an accurate understanding of the financial situation of the business
  • Making financial analyses, drawing out the relevant KPI in order to advise to the General Management in order to contribute to Profitability (efficiency) and  sustainable growth of the Company
  • Driving business planning( budget, trends)
  • Seeking opportunities in order to improve profitability (efficiency)
  • Ensuring the high level of internal control and efficiency of the processes
  • Developing and managing the team. Finding the solution to improve productivity
  • Leading Transversal Financial Projects

You’re the perfect match, if:

You have at least 9 years of experience as Financial Controller preferably within FMCG sector with team management experience. You have a master degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting and understand the dynamics of the work in a big international company. Furthermore you:

  • Have experience in building dashboards
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Internal Control processes
  • Have excellent technical knowledge of systems and processes that enable world-class financial operations groups to scale
  • Are proficient in MS Office; have broad understanding of SAP
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills; business acumen
  • Have an ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Speak/Write Fluent English
