BUSINESS ANALYST - SAP FICO 

The Central European Shared Services IT Hub (CESS IT) is an insourced service-delivery department, providing general IT consulting, SAP competency center, infrastructure and application rollouts, development and support for approximately 2,000 L'Oreal employees in 14 countries of Central Europe and Israel.

We are a team of experts from multiple different areas working in close proximity to our business counterparts. Our mission is to operate as a strategic partner of L'Oreal business and to provide responsive, top quality and cost-effective IT solutions. Range of responsibilities we cover span from Infrastructure, SAP support, Business Applications, Business Intelligence to Retail and Digital. We are also providing Project Management competencies, following the general L’Oreal group strategy to improve agility and time to market of IT related projects.

We expect that you succeed to:

Provide support for SAP users from the FI/CO area in 13 countries

  • Troubleshoot in the SAP system regarding the FI/CO area
  • Secure the maintenance of the SAP system
  • Participate in projects where FI/CO support is vital and anticipated
  • Prepare, maintain and create system documentation
  • Keep track of documentation of meetings with KU (necessity of trips around 10% of the time)


You’re the perfect match if you:

  • Have proven knowledge of financial, accounting and controlling processes, with particular emphasis on:
    General Ledger / Fixed assets / Treasury (integration with banks, BCM)
  • Have practical knowledge of Agile approach (it will be an additional advantage)
  • Have knowledge of controlling processes at FMCG: COPA, Top Down
  • Have knowledge of accounting principles
  • Have the ability to create technical specifications for the ABAP
  • Represent strong planning, project management and presentation skills
  • Show networking and proactive mindset
  • Are customer centric
  • Are Fluent in English

Information clause

The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of the recruitment process in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the General Regulation on Personal Data of 27 April 2016, (hereinafter GDPR). Data processing to a wider extent than resulting from the provisions of labour law, for the purposes of the future recruitment processes will be carry out on the basis of the given consent with accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

Provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the participation in recruitment process. Failure to provision of personal data will result in the inability to participate in the recruitment process.
