Key job accountabilities:

  • Service, develop and manage several categories with designated Clients of ACD Division
  • Manage sales growth and profitability in order to meet personal & Team’s business objectives in line with Budget
  • Create and execute annual business plans with all available levers (promo, marketing actions, merchandising, new opportunities etc.)
  • Establishment and maintenance of relationships with Buyers
  • Negotiating agreements with the clients (regular operations as well as annual contract negotiations)
  • Monitor account’s performance per category / brand and bench it vs objectives and market situation


Required Skills and Abilities:

  • At least 1-2 years of sales experience in a Key Account team in FMCG or pharma sector
  • Proven record of commercial success in managing  Clients
  • Experience in managing P&L and controlling budget
  • Proven negotiating, communication, presentation and networking skills
  • Project management skills
  • Managing complexity of different categories, brands and Buyers
  • Strong analytical skills including Excel operations
  • Showing ownership and full responsibility for given duties
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Accustomed to regular exposure to company Senior Management
  • Stress-resistant goal-oriented fighter
  • Pro-active can-do team player
  • Passionate and honest / trustworthy person
  • Fluent English is a must
