We expect that you succeed in:
Building the joint business plan with the Account(s) within L’Oreal Consumer Products Division
Contributing to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities.
Building accurately forecasts and achieve the Account(s) results: turnover, market share and profit.
Preparing and leading the Account(s) negotiation along with building the action plan to implement it.
Ensuring the execution of channel strategy including traditional sales and e-commerce
Building a retailer-specific development plan, and a compelling story to get retailer buying in.
Acting as the expert of your Account to feed a retailer-centric account planning process.
Building a deep customer intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders at the retailer. Ensuring the consistency of L’Oréal voices in communication with the Account
You’re the perfect match, if you:
You have gained your first experience during an managerial or intership program in cooperation with Local Food Chains, Drug or Alternative chains, where power brands are part of your everyday work. Furthermore, you:
Understand the dynamics of the commercial work in a big international company.
Possess good communication and negotiation skills
Have a strategic approach too short and long term actions and planning;
Are a combination of analytical mind and outstanding interpersonal skills
Have a can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
Have a very good knowledge of MS Office Tools
Are fluent in both Polish and English
Carry category B driver’s license
