As Online Activation Manager you will:

  • Define the overall short- and long-term activation strategy for Customer and oversee the execution by the team.
  • Define investment strategy for e-commerce (incl. i-media, creative agency for e-commerce), align the Brand strategy with the HUB CPD E-Com Channel Manager.
  • Track and analyze the performance of sell-out on-line (with E-KAM).
  • Lead ROI analysis with recommendations of key sell-out activations (based on pre-selected KPIs).
  • Develop and ensure execution of National Activities Calendar in Pure Players and E-Retailers.
  • Place consumer insights at the heart of the marketing to improve our online consumer journey/ path to purchase and develop new initiatives to drive online purchases.
  • Develop innovative and meaningful content to nourish the consumer experience for online touchpoints: campaigns, CRM, services, online retail etc.
  • Manage e-commerce related digital projects.
  • Coordinate programs implementation: from concept development together with marketing / external agencies to excellence of execution, including perfect on time communication to sales.
  • Ensure continuous development of promotional mechanisms via pre- & post-evaluation including P&L & follow-up with recommendation for future actions in cooperation with RGM.

  • Regular tracking of competitors activations, store checks with KAMs.

  • Team management.

You're a perfect match if you:

  • Have proven experience as online activation manager, trade marketing for e-commerce or similar;
  • Have E-commerce experience with know-how of digital media and social commerce;
  • Have knowledge of e-commerce media & following latest trends, digital background will be supportive;
  • Are skilled in project management, organizational and time management;
  • Are an analytical mindset with a strategic ability and attention to detail;
  • Have excellent communication and people skills;
  • Are fluent in English.

The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of the recruitment process in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the General Regulation on Personal Data of 27 April 2016, (hereinafter GDPR). Data processing to a wider extent than resulting from the provisions of labour law, for the purposes of the future recruitment processes will be carry out on the basis of the given consent with accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
