Product Management:

- In charge of  Kerastase product category.

- Orchestrate the launches and push growth of pillar products, to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship.

* Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management

* Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue

* Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences

* Adapt the communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale)

* Ensure high quality of execution (communications, events, podiums) and meet the deadlines

* Mobilize and collaborate with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy

* Manage 3P budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy

* Effectively prepare clear messages for the senior management to present to senior management

 

Trade Marketing:

- To implement and track Trade Marketing programs for salons with commercial and marketing teams designed to increase sales and brand/category presence.

* Carry out specific Trade Marketing programs, respecting company commercial policies, company strategy with the retailers and brand equity

* Report sales needs and field intelligence to Trade Marketing Manager and commercial / marketing teams

* Monitor and improve processes to better link marketing and commercial activities

* Manage budget and ROI for his/her specific Trade Marketing activities

 

CRM:

  • To implement interactive and CRM campaigns to contribute to the growth of a brand on the market

  • Implement CRM campaign and analysis to build long-term relationships with identified high-value consumers
