We're looking for our next:
QUALITY ASSURANCE LEADER
Our Quality Assurance Leader leads a work team, strategies and actions according to legal requirements, international ISO standards and L'Oréal Quality standards in which we will find compliance through audits, aligned to GMPs and best practices in Quality.
KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Lead Quality Assurance System (ISO 22716 / GMP / ISO 9001:2015). Lead Internal Quality Self Assessments.
Lead strategies that will guide the path to meeting legal and quality requirements according to ISO, L'Oréal and national standards
Oversee compliance of all Quality standards regarding our Supply Chain (contractors, providers and final product)
Coordinate and lead implementation of projects that will assure Quality compliance according to our Quality System
Collaborate with several departments to deliver projects that will benefit our site's compliance in Quality, ISO and legal standards
Accountable for team management and development
Train and share knowledge on Quality System throughout our employees
Cosmetic, pharmaceutical, consumer goods or food industry expertise from 3 to 5 years
Fluent in English
Bachelor's in engineering or similar
Expertise as Leader in audits (must have skill)
Prior first-hand experience regarding NOMs, COFEPRIS, COEPRIS audits and regulations
Implementation experience in ISO (9001 | 14001 | 45001 | 22716)
Trainer experience (Train the trainers certificate is a plus)
SPC, RCA, Metrology and other Quality knowledge is a must
People developer, intergrator and strategist
